Welcome to HabitKid ("the App"), operated by an Independent Developer.
By using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all
applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of
these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using HabitKid, you acknowledge that you
have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
2. User Accounts
- Users may sign in using Apple Sign In or Google Sign In.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your
account credentials.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your
account.

You may request deletion of your account at any time; all associated
data, including habits and uploaded photos, will be permanently
deleted.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
- HabitKid offers subscription-based features.

Payments are processed through the App Store, Google Play, or
RevenueCat.
- We do not store payment card information.
- Subscription status may be managed through RevenueCat.

Refunds are subject to the policies of the App Store or Google Play.
4. Prohibited Conduct
When using HabitKid, you agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Interfere with the operation of the App or servers
- Attempt to access unauthorized data or user accounts
- Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or illegal
- Reverse engineer or modify the App
HabitKid reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that
violate these rules.
5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of HabitKid are the
property of the Independent Developer.

You retain ownership of content you create, including habits and
uploaded photos, but grant HabitKid a license to use that content to
provide App functionality.

You may not copy, distribute, or use any part of the App for
commercial purposes without explicit permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
- HabitKid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

The developer is not responsible for any damages, loss of data, or
issues arising from use of the App.

While we take reasonable measures to protect user data, no system is
completely secure.
7. Termination

HabitKid may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these
Terms.

Users may terminate their accounts at any time by requesting
deletion via the contact email or by deleting them themselves
through the app.
8. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.
- Updated terms will be posted in the App or on our website.

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the
new terms.
